• A wide ranging career from upstream E&P activities, to gas transportation to Risk Management and futures trading.
• Has held several senior positions such as Managing Director of Alliance Gas (UK), Director of Trading  (USA), Market Manager Natural Gas for Belgium and the Netherlands (Statoil, GFU and Troll Group, Norway) and Transportation Manager for the UK Interconnector Project 
• John is responsible for upstream Norway issues and gas pricing services in Eclipse Energy Group. He has main responsibility for advisory services and is used as Expert Opinion in gas arbitration proceedings in Europe.

Robert Minsaas - Managing Director

Focus areas in Eclipse:

• Price forecasting: Overall responsibility for the development of the Eclipse Price forecasting tools (ShortTerm and LongTerm PricePilots). These tools are now being used by the main UK and continental producers and utilities as well as the banks trading the gas market.
• Trading strategy and implementation: Eclipse has assisted new entrants to the markets. Eclipse has also assisted existing players in the facilitation of new approaches to cope with the increasingly volatile markets
• Optimisation: Focus of delivery of tangible benefits of optimisation through the better use of existing portfolio or through the changes to the portfolio.

Birger Lunke - Partner

• 22 years energy experience with focus crude oil/NGL marketing and trading; recently with focus on sales and marketing of petroleum, CO2 issues, LNG value chains and risk management. Strong network and understanding of commercial and regulatory drivers in petroleum value chains. 
• Last 5 years as partner in Eclipse Energy, currently Managing Director for Eclipse Energy Asia Pacific.
• Trading Manager for Crude Oil Trading, Statoil. Responsible for marketing, trading and optimizing the major share of Statoil's crude oil, including risk management functions – 5 years
